Once upon a time, a pig named Percy lived on a cozy little farm nestled among rolling green hills. Percy was different from the other pigs on the farm. While his siblings were content to roll in the mud and munch on leftovers, Percy had a unique passion – he loved to paint.

Every day, after his farm chores were done, Percy would sneak into the barn, where he'd found some abandoned cans of colorful paint. With his tiny hooves, he would carefully dip them into the paints and then create beautiful, abstract paintings on old pieces of cardboard he'd found in the corner.

One sunny afternoon, Farmer Joe wandered into the barn, curious about the colorful mess he'd discovered. To his astonishment, he found Percy covered in paint and passionately creating his masterpieces. Farmer Joe was taken aback by the pig's talent and decided to nurture it.

He set up a little corner in the barn with an easel, brushes, and a palette of pig-friendly paints. Word quickly spread about Percy's artistic endeavors, and people from neighboring towns came to see his creations. Percy's paintings were sold at local art fairs, and his fame grew.

But Percy remained the humble and cheerful pig he'd always been. He continued to create his art, often inspired by the beauty of the farm around him. His abstract, colorful paintings brought joy to those who admired them.

And so, on a little farm tucked away in the countryside, a pig named Percy proved that beauty could be found in unexpected places and that even the most ordinary creatures could be extraordinary in their own way.

There is much inconsistency
and precious little standardization in the jewelry industry.

Much like clothing and shoes, sizes can vary
depending on what tools a manufacturer uses for measurements.

We use a Durston PrecisionFit™ Steel Tapered Ring Mandrel
purchased from the professional jewelry supply company Rio Grande.

⭐️ ABOUT THE METALS WE USE:

Gold Filled & Rose Gold Filled:

Gold-filled is made by heat and pressure-bonding a thin layer of karat gold to a brass (or other base metal) core. Gold-filled has an actual layer of karat gold, not just a microscopic film and unlike plated material, the gold layer will not wear or chip off. It has a tarnish-resistant surface but should be cleaned periodically with a polishing cloth to maintain shine.

Sterling Silver ♻️:
Sterling silver is an alloy containing metals that react with chemicals found in air and produce tarnish; high moisture levels, exposure to sunlight and contaminants such as salt water increase this reaction. Take steps to protect sterling silver by keeping it in airtight packages, use tarnish-resistant products (such as tarnish tabs or strips) that absorb harmful chemicals, and store sterling findings in a cool, dry place.
If you consistently wear your sterling pieces they will for the most part stay shiny. If you notice dulling just use a polishing cloth to brighten it back up. For more aggressive tarnish we recommend a silver polish paste.

Brass & Bronze:
Bronze and brass are durable, easy to clean, and will last for decades with proper care. They are great options for beautiful and affordable jewelry.
One thing to keep in mind, the copper content of these metals can oxidize in combination with skin oils, creating a greenish layer of copper carbonate on skin. This more often can occur with tight rings worn in hot weather, because of the lack of air circulation between your body and the piece. Wearing brass and bronze pieces consistently during daily activities like washing hands and showering will help keep the pieces clean.
They can easily be polished back up to a nice luster with a polishing cloth.
