About the metals we use:
Sterling Silver ♻️:
Sterling silver is an alloy containing metals that react with chemicals in the air and produce tarnish; high moisture levels, exposure to sunlight, and contaminants such as salt water increase this reaction. Please take steps to protect sterling silver by keeping it in airtight packages, using tarnish-resistant products (such as tarnish tabs or strips) that absorb harmful chemicals, and storing sterling pieces in a cool, dry place.
If you consistently wear your sterling pieces, they will, for the most part, stay shiny. If you notice dulling, use a polishing cloth to brighten it. For more aggressive tarnish, we recommend a silver polish paste.

Brass & Bronze:
Bronze and brass are durable, easy to clean, and will last decades with proper care. They are great options for beautiful and affordable jewelry.
One thing to remember is that the copper content of these metals can oxidize in combination with skin oils, creating a greenish layer of copper carbonate on the skin. This more often can occur with tight rings worn in hot weather because of the lack of air circulation between your body and the piece. Wearing brass and bronze pieces consistently during daily activities like washing hands and showering will help keep the pieces clean.
They can easily be polished back up to an excellent luster with a polishing cloth.

Aluminum ♻️:
Aluminum is an affordable option to sterling silver. It is super light and hypoallergenic, and it doesn’t rust or tarnish. It is easy to clean (a quick wash in soap and light use of a polishing cloth will do). Most aluminum is eco-friendly (recycled).
