Shipping

Shipping Services: We ship via:

• First Class Mail (default, inexpensive, slow)
• Priority Mail
• UPS Ground
• UPS Second Day
• UPS Overnight

For time-sensitive orders, we highly recommend USPS Priority or UPS shipping to ensure prompt delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery times once the package is handed over to the carrier. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method, please contact us.

In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we package our orders in minimalistic, plastic-free, biodegradable, or recycled packaging.

If you want your order gift wrapped, please select the "gift wrap" option during checkout.

Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom or Personalized Orders: Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Production Time & Shipping: We are a handmade-to-order company, which means each piece is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. Our current production time is approximately one week from the time of purchase. This does not include delivery time, which varies depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Symbols and Flip Side Stampings: You can view our symbols in our symbol gallery. We can stamp symbols on the flip side, but text size is limited by the charm size. Contact us with any text requests to ensure they can be accommodated. To add flip side stamping, visit our extras section and add the engraving charge to your shopping cart. Note your desired text in the comments section during checkout.
